Aluminum profile extrusion puller working principle:

This equipment is mainly composed of two parts: power mechanism and P1+P2 puller head (including saw). The power mechanism adopts servo motor to drive the sprocket so that the puller head can be driven.The P1 and P2 puller head can work in an independent cycle through translation and dislocation. The two tractors cooperates with the PLC to control the servo driver to ensure the reliability of the tractor's action and the stability of walking. The jaws of the clamping device are composed of opening and closing on both sides, combined with involute arc clips with reverse self-locking tooth groups, and the servo motor drives the blade to open, close and stretch.
