Working principle and main structure of film slitting machine:
1、 Drive system of Roll Folding Paper Slitting Machine
Drove by motor, the film is rotated while the main axis in the front box rotated. This system is the main motion in the split-cutting operation.
2、 Cutting system of film Slitting Machine
Cutting system consists of bearing block, blade and rotated axis. The blade and film are moving toward opposite direction while cutting the film.
3、 Slide trailer of Roll Folding Paper Slitting Machine
Fixed on the trailer, cutting system can be moved verticly when turn the big handle on the apron. Thus, through control the handle, different size of film can be cut according to your request.
When turning the small handle one the trailer, the bearing block and blade will move towards the circling film center. There is a screw on the sliding block to control the blade stop moving towards when it just on the level of cutting the film.Otherwise, the blade is easy broken.
4、 Tail stock of Roll Folding Paper Slitting Machine
Tail stock is used to support the clamping fixture.When turning the handle on the tail stock,the needle will move towards the center of axis on clamping fixture,until lock the screw.
When change a new film to cut, just retreat the needle and loosen the screw, then the film will easily go through the axis on the clamping fixture to fixed.
Operating Steps of Plastic Films Slitting Machine ：
1. Start the Plastic Films Slitting Machine :
Turn on the power, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
2. Put in the materials:
Place the film raw material rolls on the unwinding rack, adjust the unwinding speed, and ensure that the film is smoothly fed into the machine.
2. Film threading:
When there is no film on the Plastic Films Slitting Machine , film threading must be carried out. By using the film-threading device and function keys of the Paper Roll Slitting Machine, one end of the original film is attached to the eye of the film-threading chain. Then, the film-threading button is pressed to evenly distribute the film along the slitting process direction on each roller.
3. Cutting:
Adjust the cutting mechanism to ensure accurate cutting dimensions. Adjust parameters such as cutting speed and pressure according to product requirements.
4. Winding:
Adjust the winding mechanism to ensure that the film is wound neatly. Adjust parameters such as winding speed and tension according to product requirements.
5. Control and deviation correction:
Through tension control and deviation correction control and detection devices, the operating status of the film is monitored in real time, and the film is corrected to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product.
6. Inspect the products:
Regularly inspect the film products to ensure that their dimensions, thickness, width, etc. meet the requirements.
