aluminum bar hot top casting table consist of aluminum bar puller machine, hydraulic platform, wellhead frame, lifting frame, steel wire rope, and guide wheel system.
The puller machine consists of a motor, a large reducer, a wire rope drum, a frame, etc. The hydraulic platform consists of a hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinders, a flipping platform, pipelines, and valves. The hydraulic platform is installed on the well edge frame (20 # H steel and square tube), the upper plate of the casting mold is installed on the hydraulic platform (16mmA3 plate), and the lower plate of the casting mold is installed on the lifting frame (16 # channel steel). When casting the rod, the lifting frame is pulled up to the upper limit by the steel wire rope (ø 12) to complete the docking of the upper and lower plates of the casting mold. When the lifting frame descends to the lower limit, the aluminum rod is just cast.
