Curing of powder coating: temperature and time : 200℃，15mins
The recommended transfer parameters :
Heat press machine (sample test): 200-205℃，200secs
Vacuum wood grain heat transfer:
transfer temperature: 180℃+，transfer time 18-20mins
Trnasfer Raw material:
1. sublimation film
2. Transfer paper with plastic bag
Remarks: For out-door series, requires a higher temperature and longer transfer time.
The correct transfer parameters should be determined by the users according to the machine and the profile shape or weight . It’s recommended to +5℃ and +5min based on the standard transfer process .

Since the transfer paper are directly adhere to the substrate coating under vacuum, the printing result is more clear and glossy with stronger ink permeability, and effectively improve the weather resistance of decoration.

1.Q: Silicon membrane and individual suction table design for wood grain transfer machine, which one is better?
A: Silicon membrane design table is suitable for aluminum sheets, panel and aluminum profile,but good at aluminum sheets& panels; individual suction design table is good at aluminum profiles.
2.Q: what is the difference between sublimation film and transfer paper?
A: sublimation film must be welding bagging before doing wood grain transferring.
Transfer paper should be used with high temperature bag together, which play a part in vacuum sealing and paper protecting.
