Product Introduction
PE protective film, also known as Polyethylene Protective Film, is a surface protection film commonly used in the aluminum alloy processing industry. It is made of LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) as the base material and comes with pressure-sensitive adhesive. The advantages of PE protective film include: 1. Excellent tensile and stretchability; 2. Environmentally friendly water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is easy to remove during installation; 3. Scratch-resistant and wear-resistant with strong protective capabilities. It is widely applied to three major mainstream products: window and door profiles, aluminum coil, aluminum plates, and decorative aluminum materials.
The aluminum alloy profile with broken bridge structure features an extruded profile structure, including multi-chamber design, height differences, and sharp corner transitions. Its main industrial and industry applications include: material discharge and transfer, CNC milling for hole making, corner assembly processing, wood grain transfer high-temperature baking, and wall mounting. When using PE protective film, due to the three-dimensional concave-convex surface of the profile, specific requirements are imposed on the PE protective film: it must have good corner wrapping capability, no stretching or breaking at groove areas, and be resistant to edge lifting.
The processing procedures of aluminum coils in industrial and sector applications include: leveling flat sheet coils, continuous unwinding and rewinding; followed by slitting, bending, and roof panel processing. The coils are handled with reciprocating unwinding and rewinding, using PE protective film. The core control points are: tension control, avoiding wrinkles, ensuring no impressions on the rewound coils, and preventing edge curling during slitting.

The advantages of PE protective film precisely address all packaging pain points for aluminum profiles (including irregular profiles) and aluminum coils.
